Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once processed, orders are shipped from New York and are generally received within 2 to 5 business days. 

LUNEFITZ is NOT responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions or lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to the customer which shipping method to pick, Once the tracking number has been issued, the customer will assume all responsibility. If there is a package that's unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us.  The additional cost of delivery will be at the customer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow you’re tracking information to be updated.
